1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ak999 ("ak999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ak999 website located at https://ak999.bio and all associated services, games, betting products, and features.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ak999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ak999 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ak999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ak999 maintains a strict minimum age policy. No exceptions are permitted regardless of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreation only.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and where such access would expose you to criminal liability.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ak999 or any of its software or service providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, and you are not opening an account for commercial purposes.

By creating an account you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. ak999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on ak999. The opening of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ak999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bets, or winnings associated with them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number in the format 03XXXXXXXXX. This mobile number is used for account identification, OTP verification, and to match payment transactions processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa.

You must complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification before requesting your first withdrawal. KYC typically requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document such as a Pakistani CNIC. ak999 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its internal verification procedures and applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

Account registration is available exclusively to individuals. Corporate, business, or other non-personal account registrations are not permitted.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

ak999 staff will never ask you for your full password or OTP code through any communication channel including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ak999 immediately.

You must notify ak999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ak999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

ak999 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account that shows signs of compromise, unusual activity, or multiple failed login attempts pending security review.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ak999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal minimums may vary by payment method. ak999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa, however third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside ak999's control.

ak999 processes withdrawal requests following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

ak999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents provided are unacceptable;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms abuse;
• The account is subject to an active investigation or dispute; or
• Applicable regulations require additional due diligence.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on ak999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific matter only.

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where the relevant product rules expressly permit this. ak999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, use of exploits or bugs, match abandonment (where applicable), or breach of betting rules by the player.

For casino games, ak999 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems for digital games and certified live dealer software for live casino titles. Published Return to Player ("RTP") rates are available within individual game information panels. ak999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports and cricket betting, odds are dynamic and subject to change until the bet is confirmed. ak999 covers PSL, ICC events, bilateral cricket series, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sporting events. In-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to live odds updates.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ak999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

Promotional terms form part of these Terms when accepted by the player. ak999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated play to exploit bonus terms, or any behaviour designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in account closure.

Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses credited in error will be reversed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ak999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or corrupt activity in relation to any game or bet;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using ak999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or its infrastructure;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ak999 staff or other players.

ak999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, user interfaces, and databases, is the proprietary intellectual property of ak999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ak999 platform without express prior written consent from ak999. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to unauthorised account access; technical interruptions, delays, or errors; inaccuracies in game or odds data; or reliance on any content published on the platform.

ak999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Where ak999's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. ak999 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from your participation in games or betting activities on the platform.

11. Privacy

ak999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ak999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Responsible Gaming

13. Termination

ak999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• ak999 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order;
• ak999 has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred;
• You have been self-excluded or cooling-off restrictions are in effect; or
• Continuing to operate the account would expose ak999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated by ak999 for a material breach of Terms, ak999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any legitimate balance will be returned.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the ak999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ak999 platform complies with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws in Pakistan governing online gaming and the use of internet-based financial services.

ak999 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform is made at the player's own risk and on the player's own initiative, and the player is solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

15. Amendments
